Wonderful!
Wayne was great! He performed a friend's wedding, and we both liked him as guests, so we contacted him for our wedding. His experience with weddings generally, and at our venue in particular, was evident right from the beginning. He asked us good questions and made specific suggestions. He got us thinking about what we'd like out of our ceremony. He responded to any of our questions promptly. He was lovely to work with from beginning to end. The ceremony script had different options, and was beautiful. At the rehearsal, Wayne wrangled our wedding party and made decisive, good suggestions. On the day of, Wayne struck a great balance of commanding attention when needed and fading into the background when it was time for us to shine. Totally recommend!

Outstanding experience
Wayne, and Let's Tie the Knot made the entire process so easy. They have a very user-friendly webform that they use to gather information, and Wayne reached out to us right away to get to know us and discuss our wedding plans. Wayne's experience spoke volumes during that initial meeting. He seemed to be able to answer our questions before we even asked them, and suggested so many beautiful ideas to make our wedding a special and relaxed experience for both of us. Wayne wrote us a completely unique ceremony script and allowed us to review and make any adjustments we wanted, but we didn't find anything we wanted to change. The script was moving and personal, and you would think he had known us for years. Wayne also surprised us by keeping a small part of the script a surprise (with our permission) which made it so special hearing it for the first time at our wedding. Wayne arrived to both the rehearsal and the wedding with plenty of time, and made sure to coordinate with our venue and DJ to ensure that things ran smoothly. For two people that came into the wedding planning process feeling really unsure, Wayne, and Let's Tie the Knot made it feel like a breeze. If I had the chance, I wouldn't change a thing about it.

The most beautiful and magical wedding ever!
We are so happy to have chosen Let’s Tie The Knot and have gotten Wayne as our wedding officiant. Wayne created the most perfect ceremony for us that was personally catered to our love story. We knew from the beginning that we weren’t looking for a super traditional church ceremony that my family is used to. Our wedding was absolutely magical and our love story was told so beautifully by Wayne in front of all our loved ones. The ceremony went by so smoothly with zero hiccups and plenty of tears were shed as well! (happy ones) I can’t recommend them enough!

ur ceremony was simply perfect! It was everything we’ve ever wanted and more. Wayne has a real gift for listening, speaking and retelling a love story. We were blown away at how personalized our ceremony was. It’s truly as if Wayne had known us for years.
Our ceremony was a perfect combination of romantic, funny and genuine love. He even included our favorite quote. All of our family and friends commented on how wonderful and pure our ceremony was.

Look No Further
Wayne officiated our wedding ceremony and we could not have asked for a better person! He kept everyone on track at the rehearsal (including several young kids) and made the ceremony truly ours by incorporating our cultural traditions and story into the ceremony. Everything Wayne did was carefully thought out to make sure the ceremony was perfect for us. I cannot recommend Wayne enough!

Leading up to our ceremony was hectic to say the least, and Wayne rolled with the punches and was so kind and patient. As things fell apart - he helped put things back together.
From last minute venue changes, to thunder showers minutes before the ceremony, and an impromptu license signing, Wayne remained calm, cool and collected and was exactly the presence we needed in such stressful, chaotic and joyful moments.
When our other vendors asked us who our officiant was, and I answered “Wayne” we were met with a smile and a sigh of relief and a “oh, we’ve worked with Wayne before, he’s fantastic!” Our vendors could not speak highly enough of Wayne and you could tell that was a weight lifted off their shoulders.
Our guest reviews were our favourite - they were blown away when they found out that Wayne was in fact not our uncle, close family friend, or someone we didn’t just meet in person for the first time just an hour before. They couldn’t believe it! The way Wayne spoke of us was so personal it truly felt like he’s known us all our lives. Wayne somehow knew exactly what to say about the two of us, and said it with such sincerity and passion.
From the very beginning to the very end, our experience with Wayne was perfect and efficient. We were quickly able to meet on a Zoom call after our inquiry and he even worked around our time difference as we live out of Province. The communication was clear and always prompt, and we had control of our ceremony the whole way through.
Working with Wayne was the best decision we made through the wedding planning process, and I think everyone around us would agree. We cannot recommend Wayne highly enough, you will not be disappointed having Wayne be part of your day!

Wayne was an outstanding officiant and really contributed to making our day perfect. He made our ceremony unique to us, from our story to our humour it was truly a reflection of who we are as individuals and as a couple. He is very organized and was so helpful with getting all the paperwork together. We did a walk through of the ceremony with him and the wedding party which was SO helpful and made our ceremony go smoothly. Lastly, he really pays attention to small details. Like how to transport rings, stepping aside during the first kiss, when you want to sign everything etc…
My husband and I worked with Wayne prior to our ceremony to brainstorm different ideas. We wanted a unique and modern ceremony. He provided many suggestions and together we came up with some great ideas. He created our ceremony script and it was absolutely perfect. He attended our rehearsal the day before the wedding and did a great job organizing everyone and making sure everything was good to go for the next day. The day of our wedding he communicated with the staff, MC's, DJs and coordinated everything. Our ceremony went flawlessly and we couldn't have imagined our day without Wayne in it.
